Grove Students consists of two active and engaging ministries that help middle and high school students embody the church’s vision to glorify God by making disciples of Jesus for the purpose of transforming our world.

A disciple is a follower of Jesus that helps others follow Jesus. Grove Students encourages students to:

CONNECT
Students connect to God and the church by engaging in Sunday morning services, student ministry gatherings, and small groups. On an individual level, students are encouraged to connect to God through consistent and personal devotions and prayer.

GROW
Students have opportunities to grow in their relationship with God through vibrant connections to him and other believers. This growth is facilitated by dynamic teaching, discussion, and accountability with peers and mentors.

GO
Students are challenged to see their schools, jobs, extracurriculars, neighborhoods, and student ministry events as their opportunities to “go." As students mature in their relationship with God, they will also grow in their desire to share the hope of Jesus with everyone.

Join us each week for games, worship, lessons, and grade-specific small group time. Come early to our snack bar to do homework or just hang out!

After the larger lessons, students gather in grade-specific small groups, where they grow closer with God and connect with their peers and small group leaders.

Grove Students attend several retreats and conferences each school year. These getaways are designed for students to connect to God and each other and to grow in those relationships. Getting away from “the noise” of the busy world can sometimes make God easier to hear!

We host forums several times per year to communicate plans for the upcoming season and encourage parents in their active role of discipling their children.
